    WHAT YOU NEED TO DO!

Each traveller has an individual medical and vaccination history. We offer an initial consultation to discuss all the details and give a recommendation of requirements. We can immediately commence the vaccination program, if the traveller so decides - as we hold stocks of vaccines at the Surgery.

The initial appointment is charged at our 'normal consultation' fee - this fee is partly rebated by medicare - ask our Receptionists for the current rates.

Appointments for subsequent vaccinations to complete the schedule are charged at a 'short consultation' rate - again this fee is partly rebated by Medicare.

    Travel Products:

  • First Aid Kits
  • Travel Medicine Kits
  • Gastro Kits
  • Medication to treat various illnesses
  • Malaria Prevention Medication
  • Mosquito Repellent
  • Water Purifying Tablets
  • Permethrin clothing/ fabric treatment
  • Sterile Syringe kits
  • First Aid Booklets
  • Yellow Fever, Japanese Encephalitis and Q Fever Vaccinations have a higher risk of severe allergic reaction. When you have these vaccines, you are required to stay at the Surgery - under observation for 30 minutes. It is important to book appointments for these vaccines - at a time that allows you to stay the required length of time. You are charged a 'long consultation' fee for these vaccination appointments. This fee again is partly rebated by Medicare.
